Returns
Due to safety concerns, unfortunately we do not accept returns. UV-C Zap Band cannot accept any returns of products, even if they are unopened. We would not feel comfortable reselling any returned products, as we take strict precautions in securely storing our inventory in a specific climate-controlled environment engineered to provide the optimal conditions for the products to stay fresh and safe. If an unopened box is returned to us we have no way to detect any tampering, so for the safety of all customers who depend on us, we cannot accept returns. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Cancellation / Modifications
• If you change your mind, act quickly! UV-C Zap Band’s turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
• Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Unfulfilled." Once an order has a status of "Shipped/Completed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Damaged Goods:
Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged, please email us immediately at (email address that you guys made for me) with your order number and please attach a photo of the damaged items. Please keep all original shipping containers. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like! We’ll send you a return shipping label and schedule a courier for pickup. If we have the replacement in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the damaged item is received. If the replacement is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement, once the times have been returned.
